Established in 1998, Sri Krishna College of Engineering & Technology (SKCET) in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is a prominent private technical institution affiliated with Anna University. Located just 8 km from the city of Coimbatore, the Sri Krishna College of Engineering & Technology (SKCET) campus spans twenty acres and offers state-of-the-art facilities designed to support academic excellence and student life. The campus includes well-equipped classrooms with multimedia and overhead projectors, dedicated faculty and administrative blocks, a modern library, extensive computer labs, and a three-storey student residence. Each engineering department has its own designated block, with the Mechanical Engineering Department being the largest and one of the oldest, featuring advanced research and development labs that enable students, particularly members of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Coimbatore Chapter, to design and build vehicles.
