1. Management Simulation Game (MSG)

Candidates receive login credentials to play an online business simulation game hosted on the JKBS website.
After completing the game and assessment, candidates are evaluated on:
- Critical thinking & problem-solving
- Analytical ability
- Application of business concepts

2. Writing Ability Test (WAT)

Candidates watch a 17-minute video and submit a 200–250 word write-up within one hour.
Assesses clarity of thought, creativity, and written communication skills.

3. Personal Interview (PI)

A 25–30 minute interview conducted by a panel of experts.
Evaluates:
- Learning attitude & aspirations
- Aptitude & logical reasoning
- Communication skills
