Krea University, founded in 2018, has its roots in the Andhra Pradesh Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2018. This act provided the legal framework for the establishment and operation of the university.

The name "Krea" is derived from Sanskrit and signifies an "action-oriented approach." This name reflects the university's commitment to innovative and progressive pedagogy. Krea University is known for its distinctive approach to education, which it calls "Interwoven Learning." Selection Process:
