Admission Process at IIM Nagpur (MBA 2024-26)

The admission process for the MBA program at IIM Nagpur for the 2024-26 batch comprises three stages, each meticulously designed to assess the candidates' potential and suitability for the rigorous academic journey ahead. Here's a detailed overview of the stages involved:

Stage 1: CAT Screening Candidates who have taken the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 will undergo initial screening based on CAT cut-offs established by the CAP consortium. Those meeting the prescribed cut-offs will receive email notifications and will be invited to fill out an application form for the Common Admission Process (CAP).

Stage 2: Online Personal Interview (PI) Candidates who clear the CAT cut-offs and successfully complete the CAP application process will progress to Stage 2. In this phase, an online Personal Interview (PI) will be conducted. The exact date for the PI session will be communicated by the coordinating institute for CAP 2024, representing all ten participating IIMs.

Stage 3: Final Score Calculation Candidates who participate in the PI session will advance to Stage 3, where their Final Score (FS) will be calculated. This comprehensive assessment will consider various factors such as CAT performance, past academic achievements, work experience, and gender diversity. Based on their FS, admission offers will be extended to deserving candidates.
