Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, a multi-campus, multi-disciplinary institution, has grown remarkably since its inception in 1994. It began with the establishment of a School of Engineering in the serene village of Ettimadai, nestled at the foothills of the Bouluvanpatty ranges in the Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu. With just 120 students and 13 faculty members at the time, the institution has evolved into one of India’s leading universities.
