SPJIMR Placement Season Sees Record Highs, Average Salary at ₹32 Lakh
Mumbai – The S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) recently announced the successful completion of its placement season for the largest graduating class in its history, comprising 336 students. The institute witnessed impressive results, with the highest salary package reaching ₹89 lakh and the average annual compensation landing at ₹32 lakh.
More than half of the graduating class, specifically 53%, secured offers exceeding ₹30 lakh per annum, highlighting the strong demand for SPJIMR graduates. Consulting firms emerged as the top recruiters, absorbing 40% of the batch. While consulting dominated, other prominent sectors like finance, technology, and FMCG also actively recruited from the SPJIMR talent pool.
This placement season also saw significant participation from new recruiters, with 27 companies joining the roster for the first time. This diverse participation underscores the growing industry recognition of SPJIMR's programs and the quality of its graduates. The successful placement season reinforces SPJIMR's position as a leading management institute in India.
